Where do you ship from?
All online orders ship from our storefront in Toronto!
How long does shipping take?
orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Why is shipping to the U.S. more expensive?
Because we ship from Canada, U.S. orders are subject to cross-border tariffs, on top of carrier fees :(
Do you offer in-store pickup?
We do! you can select in-store pickup at checkout :)
